Our solution for extreme conditions

Polyurethane rollers feature a very high mechanical strength and can be exposed to a permanent temperature of up to 80° Celsius, depending on the application. With an attainable hardness between 20 and 95 Shore A , line loads from 65 Shore A > 100 N/mm are possible, depending on the speed. We deliver push rollers, feed rollers, drawing rollers, deflection rollers, drive rollers and more for different applications, all available with PU coatings as well.
